Emmad is our family name. We use this family name as our brand for identification of our diversified business lines. We have many investments in agricultural and tourism sectors, financial institutions and cottage industry.

We own and operate Emmad Travel & Tour Agency, Emmad international for import and export, Emmad cosmetics for manufacture of cosmetics and perfume and Emmad Memorial Complex to just mention few.

Our main idea here is to introduce our newly built 6 story furnished apartment which is owned and supervised by Emmad Memorial Complex PVT.LTD.Co.

In order to meet the tastes and demands of its customers Emmad Furnished Apartments has initiated luxuriously furnished apartments in its 6 storey building at Addis Ababa Air Port on the Amce Road near the Imperial Hotel . The building is situated with convenient access to the airport, market center and to the city center. It is surrounded by mountains and different attractive views.

The apartment consists of:

14 One Bedrooms with private facilities and kitchenettes
12 Studio-Type rooms with private facilities and kitchenettes.

The apartments are inovatively designed with the latest touch of state of the Art Decor. For your cooking needs all apartments are provided with kitchenettes. Secretarial Service with free internet services is also available and equipped with the latest computer system.
